When you book a session, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), and any message you leave us. When you become an affiliate, we collect your name and email. Deposit payments are processed directly by Square; we never store your credit card details.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to confirm and manage your booking (confirmation emails, reminders, cancellation handling), to calculate affiliate commissions, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-party providers
We use Square for payment processing and Resend for sending our transactional emails. These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Our site uses an essential session cookie for admin authentication, plus your browser's local storage to remember your display preferences (theme, cookie consent). We do not use any advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Data retention
Your booking information is kept as long as necessary for business and accounting purposes, in accordance with applicable legal requirements in Quebec.
