Bookings and deposits
A deposit (typically 30% of the package price) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Prices shown are in Canadian dollars.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After that window, the deposit is non-refundable, except at the studio's discretion.
Copyright and photo usage
PIXORA retains copyright on all photographs produced. The client receives a personal, non-commercial usage license for delivered photos, unless otherwise agreed in writing. PIXORA reserves the right to use photographs for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media) unless the client requests otherwise.
Affiliate program
Affiliates earn a commission on the deposit collected for each booking referred through their unique link. Commissions are calculated automatically and paid out by mutual agreement with the studio. PIXORA reserves the right to deactivate an affiliate account in case of abuse.
Limitation of liability
PIXORA strives to deliver quality service but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, force majeure) that may affect a session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
